Summerschool 2024

Dear Residents,

We can confirm that the Summerschool will be hosted by the University of Nottingham on 8^th – 13^th July 2024. We will be taking you to the beautiful Peak District, staying in the historic village of Eyam (https://www.eyamvillage.org.uk/). This will be at the YHA Eyam (https://www.yha.org.uk/hostel/yha-eyam). We apologise for the late notice, but it has been challenging to find a venue.

Total money due will be € 260,- with accommodation and € 160,- without accommodation.

We need to place a deposit to secure the booking, and therefore need to request payment of 160 Euros by 31^st January for all participants.

Those who also choose for accommodation need to pay the remaining € 100,- by 1^st May. This fee for the week includes accommodation, breakfast, a packed lunch, and dinner each day. We will arrange transport – we will be in touch very soon regarding where this will be organised from as we know it will be a priority for you to book flights. As soon as we have the academic and social programme confirmed we will let you know.

A payment is considered to be a booking for the Summerschool. Follow these links to the payment form applicable to you.

With accomodation:

• First term payment for attending the Summershool 2024 with accommodation (due by 31^st January)
• Second term payment for attending the Summershool 2024 with accommodation (due by 1^st May)

Without accomodation:

• Payment for attending the Summershool 2024 without accommodation (due by 31^st January)
